We were lucky enough to have some supplies that we had collected from the beach to be able to create some projects using all these items we had collected driftwood, seaweed and shells. We have also started to make crosses, stars and wall hanging with air plants. Air plants are great as they do not require soil or watering to grow.
I found it hard to decide what to make beacuse there are so many creations you can make.
I found it easy to break the stiks if need be beacuse they are really dry.
Next time I will try and find dumped items not belonging at the beach and recycled.

ReplyDeleteThis is absolutely fantastic. I really like how you have explained what you found hard and what you found easy. I really like the cross. You are absolutely right about the air plant this would be a great choice to add, I think it would look neat if maybe the cross was lightly spray painted white. I'm extremely impressed with your blogging today Cameron. Keep up this fantastic daily blog.
I look forward to visiting your blog again soon.

Hola ,
ReplyDeleteIt's great to see your Lockdown learning on your blog.
The texture of the wood photographs really well.
Maybe you could add these crosses to your prayer space.
Have you got a question you could ask your readers?
Mā te wā,
Mrs Naden
Thank you and yes I will add some to my prayer space for Friday.
DeleteHi Cameron,
ReplyDeleteFantastic driftwood art Cameron. What have you glued the sticks onto?
Well done with your learning.
Mrs McCormack
The driftwood on the cross is glue ( using hot glue gun ) onto 2 bits of timber i created a cross out off.
