lenten promis

For lent I have given up having takeaways because i have to many takeaway with my family and I am giving it up for 40 days of lent.

I found it hard to glue it in my book because you have  to leave some spaces of the sheet unglued.

I found it easy to put it on my blog because i know how to blog probably

I have learnt that lent goes  for 40 days which is in until easter sunday. 

  

Fingerprint task

 This week for reading we had to do an experiment about fingerprints and we had to stamp our fingerprints out of ink, we had to put our finger in the ink and then print it in our book it was so much fun. We are learning how to identify whose fingerprints are who because on Friday we are working out a crime scene.

I found it hard to follow the instruction sheet, because i found the instructions confusing.

I found it easy to put it on my blog because I know how to blog.

Next time I will take a better photo because it is a bad photo. 

Karakia

For this week for our homework we have to make a slide about pray.And we have to answer the question that mrs naden gave us.And in the slide we have to put our work on the slide and we have to try mack it eye catching.

I found it  hard to make  the slide eye catching.

I found it easy to answering the questions. 

Next time i will make a better  pray.

 We are learning how to tack a photo of the light shining through the leaves and this are 3 of the best photo and i am entering in a competition i took this photos at saint mary's school.

Chinese New Year poster and lantyen

For reading this week we had to make the poster about Chinese new year and we have to watch a video read a book.and we have to make a Lantern. Do you know what animal presents your year of the zodiac.

I found it  easy to put it on my blog because i know how to blog really good now.

I found it hard to find a font that went with chinese new year.and hard to mack the lantin.

Next time i will make it look a little bit better because it is a bit blank.and i will mack the lantin neater.

My name is Cameron. I am in year 6. And I go to St Marys school.I have 3 sisters, one brother and mum and dad. My family is all from gisborne. I am looking forward to being in room 1 with Mrs Naden being my teacher.

I like reading. And I like writing a lot.I enjoy athletics sports day and I enjoy all the sports at Saint marys to. I am good at running. I am good at reading and writing. My goals for this year are getting better at reading and writing.

I am looking forward to all the sports and activities like Athletics and cross country. I am looking forde to being in Mrs Naden’s class room 1 because she is the best teacher in the school. She lets us do really fun work in room 1.

Birds and insects.

 In class we are reading a book called The wild robot and we have some tasks to do and i chose this one because i like birds and insects and they are really cool and amazing to listen to when you are by your self outside.

I found it hard to find the animals around our school because that where all flying around.

I found it easy to put it on my blog because i know how to blog like a pro kid now.

Next time i will change the animals i chose from around our school.
